破坏行规-全港封杀
今日香港律师会再次向所有律师行及所有律师发出公告（一般发几次），可能是一位律师行文员涉嫌破坏行规，禁止任何律师或外国律师在2年内聘用该为办公室文员，该文员的名字和香港身份证号码都有公布，这也许就是律师行业的自治吧：一旦有人破坏行规，在全港全行业封杀，真的要清理门户的。

1. On 22 April 2016, a SolicitorsDisciplinary Tribunal ordered that Mr. xx ****, a former solicitor’s clerk, beprohibited from being employed by any solicitor or foreign lawyer for a periodof 2 years from 22 April 2016.
2. Members are reminded that pursuant tosection 53(2) of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance, Cap. 159, no solicitor orforeign lawyer shall in connection with his practice as a solicitor or foreignlawyer employ or remunerate any person who, to his knowledge, is the subject ofan order made by a Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal under section 10(2)(g)whereby the employment of such person by any solicitor or foreign lawyer isprohibited, while such order is in force.
